On obv. 1. 4 occurs upiiya-kaufallyâ, and rev. 1. 2, hvâsli pedal dharma-sarng1lM-siiIra viril, `well established again in the Dharma-samgIti-sutra'. These are names of two Buddhist Sutras, see 111ahâryulpalli, Nos. 65, 20, and 21; also Siksasamuccaya (ed. Bendall), Index. On obv. 1. 5, baudhisalva-carya-haskiimi llina, ` by this whole sum of Bodhisattvahood'.

This perhaps indicates work to be transi. of Bodhicaryeivaliira of Santideva. It must be some compendium of doctrine, like the Srksiisamuccaya ; but in this the text of our fol. does not seem to occur. Below last 1., on bottom margin, Io letters in Cursive Gupta, apparently supplying a textual omission, marked by a cross. No. 406, Hoernle Reg. r' 3" X 21"•
