منهها ناقـنـا بـبعض المياه على مسافـة اربعة امبال من ملبانة
ثلاثا وقضى الـقـاضى تَحَيَّبَة نُحَى اليوم الرابع فـعـاد إبنه ابو
الطبيب ورفيقه ابو عبد الله الزبـيدى الى ملبانـة فـقبروه بها
وتركتهم هنالك وارتحلت مع رفقة من تجار تونس منهم الحاجّ
مسعود بن المـنـتـصر و الحاج العدولى ومحمد بن الجر فوصلنا
مدينة الجزائر واقمنا بخارجها اياما الى ان قدم الشيخ ابو عبد
الله وابن القاضى فتوجّهنا جميعا على متبجّية الى جبل الزان
ثم وصلنا الى مدينـة بجاية فـنزل الشيخ ابو عبد الله بدار
قاضيها ابى عبد الله الرواوى ونزل ابو الطبيب ابن الـقـاضى
بدار الفقيه ابى عبد الله المفسّر وكان امبر بجاية اذذاك ابا
dix jours, au bout desquels nous partîmes. Comme la mala-
die du kâdhi avait fait des progrès, nous nous arrêtâmes du-
rant trois jours dans un endroit bien arrosé, à quatre milles
de Miliânah. Le matin du quatrième jour, le kâdhi rendit le
dernier soupir. Son fils Abou'tthayib et son compagnon Abou
Abd Allah azzobeïdy retournèrent à Miliânah, et y enseveli-
rent son corps. Je les quittai en cet endroit et je me mis en
route, en compagnie d'une caravane de marchands de Tunis,
parmi lesquels se trouvaient Alhadjdj Maçoûd, fils d'Almon-
tacir, alhadjdj aladaouly, et Mohammed, fils d'Alhadjar.
Nous arrivâmes à la ville d'Aldjézâïr (Alger), et séjour-
nâmes quelques jours dans son voisinage, attendant le cheikh
Abou Abd Allah et le fils du kâdhi. Lorsqu'ils nous eurent
rejoints, nous nous dirigeâmes tous, par la Mitidjah, vers
la Montagne des chênes (Djebel azzân); après quoi, nous
arrivâmes à la ville de Bidjâïah (Bougie). Le cheikh Abou
Abd Allah y logea dans la maison de son kâdhi, Abou Abd
Allah azzouâouy. Abou'tthayib, fils du kâdhi, logea dans la
maison du fakih (jurisconsulte) Abou Abd Allah almofassir.
