الله عليه وسلَّم تسلمها بإيقانها و سَدَّ ما سواها وبإزآء دار ابى
بكر رضى الله عنه دارُ عُمَر ودار ابنه عبد الله بن عُمَر رضى
الله عنهما وبشرق المسجد الكريم دارُ امام المدينة ابى عبد
الله مالك بن انس رضى الله عنه وبمقربة من باب السلام
سقاية ينزل البها على دُرج ماؤها معين وتعرف بالعين الزرقآء
ذكر ابتدآء بنآء المسجد الكريم قدم رسول الله صلى الله
عليه وسلَّم تسليما المدينة الشريفة دارَ الهجرة يومَ الاثنَيْن
الثالث عشر من شهر ربيع الأوَّل فنزل على بنى عَمرو بن عوف
وأقام عندهم ثنتين وعشرين ليلة وقيل اربع عشرة ليلة وقيل
اربع ليالٍ ثم توجه الى المدينة فنزل على بنى النَجَّار بدار ابى
Il n'y a pas de doute que c'est l'ouverture dont il est fait men-
tion dans le hadith. Le Prophète commanda de la conserver,
et de boucher tout le reste. En face de la demeure d'Abou
Becr est celle d'Omar, ainsi que celle de son fils Abd Allah.
Au levant de la noble mosquée est la maison de l'imâm de
Médine, Abou Abd Allah Mâlic, fils d'Anas, et dans le voisi-
nage de la porte du salut se trouve une fontaine à laquelle
on descend par des degrés; son eau est de source et on la
nomme El'aïn azzarkâ (la source bleue).
DU COMMENCEMENT DE LA CONSTRUCTION DE LA NOBLE MOSQUÉE.
L'envoyé de Dieu arriva près de la noble Médine, lieu de la
fuite, le lundi treize du mois de rabi' premier, il descen-
dit chez les fils d'Amr, fils d'Aouf, et resta avec eux vingt-
deux jours, d'autres disent quatorze et quelques-uns quatre
jours seulement. Ensuite il se rendit dans la ville même, et
demeura chez les fils d'Annaddjar, dans l'habitation d'Abou
