Janvier 1224 ¹).
Au moment où Tch'ang-tch'ouen avait pris congé de Tchinghiz
à Samarkand le 11 Avril 1223, le khan, fort satisfait de son hôte,
lui avait témoigné sa bienveillance en lui donnant l'édit suivant ²):
聖旨
成吉思皇帝道與諸處官員人每邱神仙應有底修行底
院合等保還日念誦經文告天底人每皇帝觀省萬萬底
者所療官司差發稅賦都免了差者邱神仙底應係出家
門人等闔處都告官司差發罪免了差者邱其外詳推出家影
占人差發底人每告到舍付神仙門下收執
鎮須至給照用者右神仙人持院子底人等並免
照使所據神仙每應供出家門人持居住院子底
差發祝賦雖此奚未兒年三月 普旨
差奉成吉思皇帝聖旨邱神仙知來公事
是也瞻好我前時已有聖旨文字與你來教你天下應有底
由家善人都管善好的夕的邱神仙你就便理合只你識
青奉到如此奚未年九月二十四日。
