Latitude and longitude station at the Chinese fort; longitude was obtained by wireless time signals transmitted from Lahore recorded simultaneously at Suget Karaul and Dehra Dūn. De Filippi's values were not available during Sir Aurel Stein's surveys nor for the construction of his map, which shows the fort at λ 36° 20′ 55″, Long. 78° 6′ 35″.
