End of a low vault which surround the closter β, the south-, east- (and north?) side. Not in the plan. The old window remains still, the niche of the rear wall and the vault are built of curved bricks. The building was made of bricks till around man-height, at the beginning of the curve makes a cant.
Abschluß eines der niedrigen Gewölbe, welche mit Mauern umgeben dem Kloster β an der Süd-, Ost- (und Nord-?) Seite vorlagen. Nicht im Plane angegeben. Deutlich ist noch das alte Fenster, die Nische der Hinterwand und die Aufmauerung des Gewölbes mit gekrümmten Ziegeln. Etwa bis zu halber Mannshöhe ist das Gebäude mit flach gelegten Ziegeln gemauert, von da beginnen die gekrümmten, auf die Kante gestellten.

Innerhalb der Toröffnung sieht man den großen Pfeiler des Mittelbaues A, rechts den Unterbau des großen Turmes E, auf der Plattform desselben die Zimmer, welche noch Fresken enthielten. Davor die auf dem Plane nicht mit eingetragenen niedrigen Mauern (ein Stück sogar noch mit der alten Türe) der kleinen Gewölbe und Höfe, welche den ganzen Bau β im Süden und Osten (und Norden?) umgaben. Das Mäuerchen im Vordergrunde ist der Rest des hohen Steinweges, welcher die einstmals erhöhten Pflaster des Nordflügels mit dem Südflügel verband. Im Hintergrunde der Rest des großen Pfeilers mit der Zinnenmauer, davor die Plattform mit den Sockelresten, davor (etwas undeutlich) und rechts vom Beschauer die Reste des zweiten Gewölbes a. Vgl. die Planskizze (Fig. 59).

Rest of vaults from a' a' in the inner of the south outher wall of the closter β, the view from the inner court. The rubbles are accumulated very high, so the vaults seem very low. Because it seems that the ruins are the first floor of the south wall. The opening in the upper wall is not a window, but a crack to climb from the outside.
Gewölbereste von a' a' im Inneren der südlichen Außenmauer des Klosters β, vom Innenhofe aus gesehen. Der Schutt liegt hier sehr hoch, so daß die Gewölbe dadurch sehr niedrig scheinen. Darüber sieht man die Reste des ersten Stockwerkes der Südmauer. Die Lücke in der oberen Wand ist kein Fenster, sondern eine Bresche, gelegt, um von außen hereinklettern zu können.

Blick in die kleine Halle K (Vorhalle), welche westlich von I sich unmittelbar anschließt. Die weißen Flecke der schraffierten Partie (schattierten Innenseite) entstehen durch Licht, das durch die zerstoßene Kuppel einfällt. Auch hier ist die Überführung von der Ecke in die Kuppel zu bemerken.
