(Simla).
A secondary route, passable for horses.

Encamp at its northern foot (a long march)—Pinui.
Vdngtu Bridge, 31° 37'; 77° 54'12, on the confluence of the 'Ungar and Sutlej rivers (level of the bridge 4,932 ft.).

Kiris, 35° 20'; 76° 2', near the confluence of the Shayôk and Indus rivers. A long march during certain months, when the swollen state of the river does not allow of following its banks closely.
